  • This home is not pet friendly. Pets are not allowed.
  • No smoking allowed inside the home.
  • Minimum age to reserve is 25 years old. The person reserving must sign the agreement and be one of the guests staying at the property during the reserved dates.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy are allowed at any time.
  • No events allowed.
  • Children allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or by calling with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled within 24 hours of their creation will receive a full refund of payments. Bookings canceled more than 24 hours after their creation are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information / Property Access Conditions

  • Free parking is provided.
  • AWD/4WD required during November-April, as the last 0.2 miles is a narrow, gravel incline. During warmer months, AWD/4WD should not be necessary. Low-clearance vehicles are not recommended year-round. Chains may also be necessary during times of snow or ice.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Towels and bed linens are provided.
  • The kitchen is equipped with cooking basics and utensils. There is also a starter set of paper products, including a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These items are provided for one or two nights.
  • Hair dryers are not provided.
  • High-speed internet is available.
  • Clothes washing machine and clothes dryer are available.
